Thursday, June 16, 2011
At a meeting in Panama, Central American business leaders recommended their governments to confront jointly contraband, the illegal drugs trade and violent teenage gangs.
They agreed that none of the countries of the region is capable of fighting organized crime on its own.
The meeting was one of two held each year by leaders of the private sector in Central America.
