Chaos in streets risks plans for Honduras

Street protests in Honduras that have been sparked by corruption scandals are putting at risk the government’s economic plans for this year, senior economic officials said.
The officials staged a press conference in which they called for calm. Otherwise recent achievements in the economy would be in danger, they said.
