China's HKND on cooperation talks with Lafise

China's HKND, the firm that will build the Nicaragua Canal, held talks with financial group Lafise, one of the largest in Central America, about cooperation opportunities.

Both firms discussed the cooperation in finances, insurance and logistics that the canal offers.

Construction on the canal is scheduled to begin on December 22.
