Chinchilla plans to propose all forms of gambling in Costa Rica, including online

Laura Chinchilla, the president of Costa Rica, has a pro-gambling stance in a country that has relaxed rules when it comes to online gambling.

But things may soon be changing for online gambling operators that have set-up their operations in the country. Chinchilla is proposing a tax on all forms of gambling which includes online gambling.

Surprisingly, however, many of the online gambling operators support a  gambling tax because it would give some legitimacy to their operations.
