Chinese company pulls out of Costa Rica after revelation of gifts for visas for workers
Chinese construction company Chinafecc Central America has pulled out of Costa Rica. Chinafecc is a subsidiary of the Chinese state company that is building Costa Rica’s national stadium.
The company announced its decision after it was revealed that its headquarters had paid gifts to Costa Rican consular officials in Beijing when they were processing 40 visas for Chinese workers.
