Wednesday, July 9, 2014

Chinese shop owners in Panama are having difficulties with the recent implementation of emergency price controls on 22 basic products.

The main problem is the language barrier, as many shop owners fail to fully understand the new rule, the Chinese Traders' Association of Panama said.
