Choice Hotels looks for growth with Grupo Poma’s Real Hotels and Resorts

Choice Hotels International, the world-wide franchise, launched an alliance 15 years ago with Real Hotels and Resorts of El Salvador’s Grupo Poma. But it was only yesterday that the company launched officially in El Salvador.

The goal for Real Hotels and Resorts is to add 25 hotels to its existing chain, including 10 that are to be franchised, in Central America and the Dominican Republic.

Choice has more than 11 hotel brands. Those best known in the region are Comfort Inn, Quality, Clarion and Sleep Inn.
