Citibank El Salvador forecasts 10 percent growth in loans and services this year

Citibank El Salvador expects growth of 10 percent in its loan portfolio this year, said the bank's president Juan Miró.

Growth is expected in growth of all types of loan, including mortgages.

Last year, Citibank reduced the number of its branches in an effort to reduce costs. This year, however, the emphasis will be spending more on technology.
