Claro well placed in Costa Rica

Costa Rica’s telecoms regulator, Sutel, is expected to account a review of the sector next week, but it is clear that Claro will be the leader following the 2010 removal of the state monopoly.

Claro is the brand of Mexico’s América Móvil, owned by Carlos Slim.
