Coffee rust will decimate Guatemalan harvest

A strain of the coffee rust plague could destroy 10 percent of Guatemala's coffee harvest.

The plague kills the leaves of the plant, resulting in less coffee beans.

Guatemala has 274,000 hectares of coffee plantations, and the plague has been found in 40 percent of the total.
