Colombia and Costa Rica are stars in Doing Business

Colombia is the leading Latin American country in the Doing Business ranking of the International Finance Corporation.

Costa Rica is the only country in the region among those that have most improved; it stands at number 110 overall.

Guatemala also did well, ranking number 93 overall, boosted by reforms that eased red tape surrounding construction industry procedures.
