Colombia auctions renewables

Colombia’s first renewable energy auction has been set for October 22. The government has published the contract and its terms of reference.

Several relevant modifications to the auction’s design are intended to incorporate past lessons and many important changes regarding the contract draft that was published last June, Finance Colombia reports.
