Colombia free zone sales plunge 44.6 percent

Colombia's free zone exports dropped 44.6 percent from July to September this year, according to government data.

Exports from the country's free zones reached $444 million in the period, down from $801 million from the same quarter last year.

Imports however grew 43 percent, reaching $599 million.
