Colombia gets it right: hard work comes first

Colombia’s peace process is a rare piece of good news. It may seem barely relevant amid the geopolitical and market uncertainty of Brexit, but it is.

The Colombian peace reverses the mechanics of the Brexit vote. By default or design, President Juan Manuel Santos has wisely placed Colombia’s plebiscite at the end of the process, instead of the beginning.
