Colombia grows as regional investor

Colombia has become the fourth most important investor in Central America and is closing in fast on the leaders, the United States, Mexico and Canada.

The UN Economic Commission for Latin America says that direct foreign investment by Colombia increased by more than 50 percent between 2006 and 2013.
