Colombia housing prices surge 10 percent in year

Housing prices in Colombia rose approximately 9.47 percent on average in 2014, according to the country’s statistics agency.

Barranquilla and Cali reported rising prices well above the national average, with increases of 15.25 and 11.1 percent respectively.
