Colombia revives electricity plan with Central America

Only three months after plans to set up an electricity connection between Panama and Colombia were indefinitely postponed, the project has been revived by the Colombian government.
The Colombian energy minister, Federico Renjifo, is heading to Panama next week.
He says the project will need an investment of $500 million in order to launch the first transmissions to Panama.
