Colombia's $6.7 billion highways program gets back on track

Investors are reviving their interest in road projects in Colombia and have assured $6.7 billion after a pause in public works programs caused by the Odebrecht scandal.

In all, financial agreements have been reached on 14 projects involving roads, bridges and tunnels, of which six were announced in the last eight months.
