Colombia's Alqueria takes stakes in two other firms

Colombia's second biggest milk company Alqueria has bought majority shares in other companies for $6.2 million.
The Bogotá-based milk company is now the majority shareholder of Goasan and G.E. Asociados , in possession of 50.1 percent of the shares of both companies, according to financial publication Dinero.
Goasan is an agricultural company while G.E. Asociados has various commercial interests.
