Colombia’s Casa Luker acquires Café Durán of Panamá in up to $75 million

The acquisition of Café Durán in Panama by Casa Luker of Colombia has been estimated at $60 to $75 million.

Durán has a 60 percent market share of retail sales in Panama.

The transaction includes the Transístmica zone, the Duran Coffee Stores, roasters, distributors and plantations.
