Colombia’s Grupo Leumi invests $20 million in housing complex for San José

Work has already begun on the 18-story Vistas de Nunciatura housing complex by Colombia’s Grupo Leumi in western San José, Costa Rica.

The complex caters for all sorts of residents, ranging from bachelors to couples and senior citizens. The 124 apartments are of one and two bedrooms.

Grupo Leumi has a track record in Costa Rica that includes the Atlantis shopping mall, also in San José.
