Colombia’s Inversiones Conconcreto to build a shopping mall in Guatemala

Inversiones Conconcreto of Colombia is to begin construction of a shopping mall next month in Guatemala with a Guatemalan partner.

The company aims to invest $56 million in similar projects this year both inside Colombia and elsewhere.

The Guatemalan project will be the first in Central America for Inversiones Conconcreto. The rental model to be used will be one that has proved popular in Colombia.
