Colombia's Pintuco paints the region in $120 million

The Colombian paints group Pintuco has raised its stake in Central America by the $120 million acquisition of Panama's Grupo Kativo.

Pintuco last year bought two Costa Rican companies.

Following the most recent acquisition, Pintuco has plans in Honduras, Panama and Costa Rica.
