Colombia's promise of peace

Colombians have had good reason to be skeptical about the peace talks between the government of President Juan Manuel Santos and the FARC guerrillas, which began three years ago.
But while the number of violent attacks and newly displaced people is abating, almost 6.5 million of the victims were forced out of their homes since the start of the conflict.
