Colombia's tech market is mature, says expert

Colombia "has ceased to be an emerging country in technology," MIT Technology Review in Spanish publisher Pedro Moneo said.

The South American country's innovation and entrepreneurship environment is "developed and mature," Moneo said.

Digital development and the inclusion of technology in the schools have made Colombia's transformation possible, Moneo said.
