Colombia surpasses 50 million cell phone lines

Colombia surpassed the 50 million mark in number of cellular phones last year.

The figure means there are 106.7 cellular lines for every 100 citizens.

Comunicación Celular, Comcel, has the highest participation in the market at 57 percent, which represents 28.9 million users.
