Colombian leaders takes heat for sale over Isagen

Colombian President Juan Manuel Santos came under fire over the government’s sale of state power generator Isagen as both leftist activists and right-wing politicians criticized the transaction.
The government sold 57.6 percent of Isagen for $2 billion to a subsidiary of Canadian investment fund Brookfield Asset Management, the biggest privatization in Colombia in a decade.
