Companies in Costa Rica face price-fixing inquiry

Several companies that distribute sanitary and paper products in Costa Rica are under investigation for alleged price-fixing.
The case relates to purchasing by the state-owned social security institute, known as La Caja. Suppliers are alleged to have set prices among themselves.
The Commission to Promote Competition is investigating the case.
