Complaints over cellphone service slashed in Costa Rica

Judging by a sharp drop in complaints from consumers, cellphone services have been sharply improved in Costa Rica.
In 2015, some 41 percent of all complaints to the telecom regulator Sutel were about the quality of cellphone service. Last year, however, the proportion fell to 20 percent.
