Concentrix expands Costa Rican operations with $4 million investment in building

Concentrix inaugurated its new building in San José, Costa Rica, investing upwards of $4 million.

The new call-center facility has capacity for up to 1,200 staff. Currently, Concentrix Costa Rica employs 250 people who provide pre-sales, technical support and customer service in seven different languages. 

The company expects to hire 150 additional employees in the next six months.
