\
Canada’s Condor Resources has entered into a legally binding agreement to acquire 100 percent ownership of the Espinito Mendoza concession in the La India Gold Mining District in Nicaragua.\
\
The concession lies within the company's 80 percent-owned La India and Espinito San Pablo concessions and contains the last significant known gold mineralisation within the district that was not previously under Condor's control.\
\
According to the company, the concession covers a rectangular two-sq km area containing one of the highest concentrations of epithermal veins in the district.\
