Confidence takes a hit over Costa Rican elections

A cloud of uncertainty has been hanging over consumer confidence over the uncertainty provoked by the run-off presidential election on Sunday.

In previous elections, the mood was one of optimism over the prospect of a new government. Not so now, however.
