Costa Rica among leaders in social inclusion

Investment in social programs as a proportion of the economy as a whole, makes Costa Rica number four among the 17 countries of the Social Inclusion Index of the Americas Quarterly.

Only Argentina, the United States and Uruguay, which is number one, are ahead of Costa Rica in the ranking.
