Costa Rica and El Salvador to boost ties

The president of Costa Rica, Luis Guillermo Solís, and his Salvadoran counterpart Salvador Sánchez Cerén have agreed to sign an accord aimed at boosting bilateral cooperation and trade.

"We have agreed to work together towards social and economic development," Sánchez Cerén said after meeting with Solís.

The agreement will include topics such as trade, investment, health and tourism.
