Costa Rica and Panama branded 'the tiger cubs'

Panama and Costa Rica were dubbed the "tiger cubs" of Latin America, due to their potential to conquer new markets in the near future, said Alejandro Tapé.

Tapé is the director of a business education institution based in Argentina. He called Panama and Costa Rica "the cubs" because of their recent economic growth.

Both countries have topped rankings in terms of economy, competitiveness and business.
