Costa Rica and South Korea are interested in forming a free trade agreement

The vice-president of Costa Rica, Alfio Piva, met with South Korea’s prime minister, Hwang-Sik Kim. They agreed that the two countries should work on a free trade accord.
Piva is on a visit to Seoul, where he has had talks with the authorities and promoted Costa Rica and a destination for investment.
Kim said that Korea is interested in Costa Rica as part of its overall strategy to expand its economy.
