Costa Rica capital seeks to revamp buildings

Building refurbishments in San José, Costa Rica, were up 58 percent in the last year, Costa Rican daily La República reported.

The figure represents some 30,000 square meters of refurbishments, with a total of 72 projects during 2012.

Businesses seek to improve buildings as they lack the necessary services and infrastructure new offices require.
