Costa Rica faces rocky road on the way to OECD membership

Costa Rica has launched an arduous process in an effort to achieve membership of the OECD before the end of the administration of President Solís.

The OECD has set a series of hurdles that the country faces in order to achieve its goal. Some should be cleared without major problems, but other cold set big challenges.
