Costa Rica goes back to the future

Three projects that have been forgotten by successive Costa Rica governments have returned to the scene in recent months thanks to private initiative.

The companies have dusted off the chapter of the law of concessions that allows the authorities to allow for long-past investment studies to be revived and the projects contracted or tendered once again, La República reports in Spanish.
