Costa Rica grabs record in tech foreign investment

Costa Rica achieved a record-breaking $574 million in foreign direct investment in the technology sector this year.

The figure shows a 22 percent increase compared to the $470 million the country captured last year.

In addition, a total of 40 companies arrived to Costa Rica this year, compared to 34 from 2011.
