Costa Rica is far from expecting a boom year in 2017

The “good fortune” of recent years that Costa Rica has experienced appears to be evaporating for 2017 according to the macroeconomic variables.

Fiscal problems will continue to put pressure on the level of debt, which could amount to about half of GDP, while oil prices, Brexit and other international headaches will build the load.
