Costa Rica is third Latin American country in ranking on skills in English language

Costa Rica is the number three country in English-language skills, though the level is modest.

The ranking comes from the Education First language schools which published an index on the average level of English skills amid the working population and then compares it with other countries.

The ranking is based on a series of Internet tests provided by two million adults throughout the world.
