Costa Rica is top in transparency

Costa Rica is one of the leading countries in terms of transparency in issues of tax evasion and money-laundering, according to the 2015 report of the Tax Justice Network.

Now is Costa Rica in the list of the 10 countries with a high number of shell companies, according to the Panama Papers.
