Costa Rica is tops in Central America for Newsweek's World Best Countries list

Costa Rica is at number 35, on the World's Best Countries list published by Newsweek, placing it at the top in Central America.

Newsweek's criteria for the list are to give points to each country based on their education, health, quality of life, political environment and economic dynamism.

Finland, Switzerland and Sweden are at the top of the global list.
