Costa Rica marks milestone of 300 days of renewable energy

Costa Rica has hit a major milestone: 300 days of renewable energy use, cracking its previous record of 299 days in 2015.

The Costa Rican Electricity Institute announced that the country broke its record on Friday and is still going strong.
