Costa Rica moves forward on ratification with Jamaica on trade deal agreed with the Caribbean community

\ Jamaica and Costa Rica are attempting to press forward with the formal implementation of a seven-year-old-free trade agreement, and have held talks designed to move the process along.\ \ The agreement was signed in 2004 between Costa Rica and the Caribbean Community.
