Costa Rica needs to spend on ports for cruise ships

Costa Rica needs to spend much more on improvements so that the ports of Limón and Puntarenas provide a more attractive welcome for cruise ships.

Puntarenas is expecting a tender for a $3 million park on the seafront, while other projects aims to rejuvenate the port's industrial aspect.
