Costa Rica opens region's biggest solar farm

Central America's largest solar energy farm, called Parque Solar Miravalles, was inaugurated in Costa Rica.
The Japanese government helped fund the farm with $10 million, while state-owned power utility ICE contributed with $1.5 million.
The farm, with its 4,300 solar panels, is located at the foot of the Miravalles volcano in the Guanacaste region.
