Costa Rica performs well on tourism

Costa Rica welcomed 1.3 million tourists during the first half of the year, a 2.7 percent increase compared to the same period last year, according to data from the Costa Rican Tourism Institute.
January and March where the months which saw most arrivals, while May reported the least income.
The Minister for Tourism, Allan Flores, highlighted a recovery in arrivals from China, Mexico, Brazil and the UK.
