Costa Rica's big challenge is carbon neutrality

Costa Rica has a new challenge as it aims to be the first country to achieve carbon neutrality. The deadline for the achievement is 2021.

But the top priority in meeting the challenge is on the roads. People have to be convinced that public transport will be the most rapid means of getting to work, says one expert.
